Promoter     The Promoter is Motorhome Republic, Level 4, Excelsior House, 6 Commerce Street, Auckland, New Zealand Phone: +64 (0)9 950 2217 Promotional Period and Entry Method     To qualify to enter into the prize draw, you must vote on one of the ten Australian road trip itineraries and enter your name and email address via the competition page (app powered by Woobox), available on the Motorhome Republic Facebook page and official competition page. Only one entry per email address will be accepted.      The competition will run from Wednesday June 8th 2015 – Wednesday July 6th 2016, with the winner announced once confirmation is received from the winner, on the Motorhome Republic Facebook page.     Entrants will only be entered into the prize draw once for each vote. Motorhome Republic reserves the right to request that an entrant provides proof of identity.     Applications via agents/third parties or by using multiple email accounts are not permitted. Eligibility     To be eligible to win any prize you must:     be aged 21 years or over;          Not be employed by, or professionally or personally affiliated with, Motorhome Republic in any way. Prize     One winner will be chosen at random to win a rental of a 6-berth motorhome lasting up to 14 days, with pickup and drop-off locations matching the road trip for which they voted (or closely similar, depending on geographic location of winning entry).     The option to extend beyond 14 days is possible, with additional cost to be paid by the winner.     The trip must be booked within a year of July 7th 2016.     Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable.     Flights are not included in the prize package.     The winner will be notified by Motorhome Republic via email once a prize draw has been made.     In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within 10 days of the prize draw occurring or if Motorhome Republic determines that a winner is not eligible to win the prize, a further prize draw will be made by Motorhome Republic and the prize allocated to the new winner. This process will continue until a winner is confirmed.     Motorhome Republic is not responsible if a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period following the draw due to technical difficulties or email account changes, etc. Future Communications     Motorhome Republic may send you email to the address provided regarding this and other promotions, including sales and travel news. Motorhome Republic will not give your details to any third parties for any purpose. Liability     Neither Motorhome Republic nor any other person or party associated with this competition shall be liable for:     any loss or damage whatsoever incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss and including loss caused by negligence) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this competition or the use or acceptance of any prize offered except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law;     errors resulting from computer hardware, software or telecommunications errors or failure; and/or     fraudulent entry into or participation in this competition.     In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the competition including eligibility the decision of Motorhome Republic will be final.  No correspondence concerning any decision made by Motorhome Republic will be entered into.     The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to its Facebook Page and is not responsible for any disruption to the promotion due to technical problems or otherwise due to events outside of its reasonable control.     The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or suspend the promotion at any time without giving advance notice.
