Conditions of entry
1. Entry is open to veterinarians, veterinary nurses, veterinary technicians, vet students and vet nurse/tech students globally.
2. Entry is open to people of or above the age of 18 years.
3. This contest is not open to members of the general public who are not veterinarians, veterinary nurses, veterinary technicians, vet students and vet nurse/tech students

5. The contest closes on 13 Feb 2017 at 24:00 AEST
How to Enter

6. Eligible entrants can enter the contest by:
a) Liking the Vet Education page on Facebook, and
b) Posting a picture/video of them and their pet along with a 50-words write-up telling us why they love their pet.
7. Entries must be received by promoters during the competition duration period and be displayed as a public profile at the time of winner selection.
8. Incomplete, inaccurate and erroneous entries will be deemed invalid.
9. A single entrant may enter the contest an unlimited number of times.

Selection of Prize Winner
10. There will be one (1) Prize winner
11. The winner will be chosen in the following ways:
a. The team at Vet Education will check each entrant's post and pick the top names.
b. From those top names, one winner will be selected at random using a random picker generator.
12. The winner will be announced on Vet Education?s Facebook page on 14 Feb 2017
14. The winner will be required to send their details in a private message to Vet Education on Facebook.
15. The winner may be required to upload a ?Winner? image with the prize on their Facebook profile.
16. The winner will be required to tag Vet Education in any posts about the win.
17. The winner will have until 25 Feb 2017 to claim the prize.
18. If the prize has not been claimed by the above-said date the winner will forfeit the prize.
19. A second prize draw will be executed on 26 Feb 2017.
20. The winner of the second prize draw will be notified during business hours during that day.
Prize Details
21. The competition winner will receive a Pet gift hamper (based on your preference, dog or cat or any other species)
22. The winner must take the prize as offered. This prize is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
23. The prize will be send via Post and will arrive 3 weeks after the announcement.
General
24. The Prize Winner consents to the use of their name, suburb of residence and image for promotional and marketing purposes.
25. All entrants who submit any entry to the Promoter: (a) grant the Promoter and its licensees and assignees a non-exclusive licence to exercise all rights in perpetuity throughout the world in the entry material and all other material provided by the entrant to the Promoter pursuant to this promotion at any time; and (b) represent and warrant that the exercise of the rights granted to the Promoter in these terms and conditions will not infringe the rights of any third parties; and (c) indemnify the Promoter against any loss or damage resulting from any breach of the foregoing representation and warranty.
26. By entering this competition entrants agree to allow the Promoter to repost their entry/submission on the Promoter's Facebook and website

a) inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information;
b) purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
c) any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
d) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
e) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
f) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
g) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a Prize Winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
h) any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.

By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant's participation in the Contest, or (ii) entrant's participation in any Prize-related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
