Win a Hawaii Holiday for 4 - Prize is valid for two persons and entry is open Australia wide, to persons aged 18 years or older only. All elements of the prize are subject to availability and are not transferable for cash. The accommodation prize is valid to be used and must be completed by 18 December 2020. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize and complete the relevant holiday before that date or once the prize has been booked, take the prize or an element of the prize by the date stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited without further compensation. The accommodation through Kahala Hotel & Resort is subject to availability at the time of booking and blackout dates apply. Blackout periods on the accommodation applies between 20 December 2019 – 15 January 2020; 01 July 2020 – 15 August 2020; 20 December 2020 – 31 December 2020. Accommodation at Kahala Hotel & Resort must be taken on consecutive nights. The certificate will be mailed to the winner at the address provided. All other expenses, not specifically stipulated in the prize package as an inclusion, remain the responsibility of the prize winner and their nominated travel companion(s) as incurred, including but not limited to: spending money; additional meals (other than those included); additional travel and transfers; items of a personal nature; in-room charges; gratuities; optional activities and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Vacations & Travel magazine will not be held liable for any loss or harm to prize winners.
