1. The owner / organiser of the Campaign is QualiFi Pty Ltd ABN 70 084 617 167, 24 Lionel Road Mt Waverley VIC 3149, identified as 'QualiFi' and 'Denon Australia' for purposes of the terms and conditions described below.
2. Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to Facebook users who 'like' HEOS Australia on Facebook and also complete the relevant form as directed by the entry post. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of Australia aged 18 and over and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of QualiFi, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant ("You") agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of QualiFi as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
4. Campaign Period: There is one round to win. For a chance to win you must 'like' and HEOS Australia on Facebook and also complete the relevant form as directed by the entry post. Entries will be accepted online Saturday April 1st 12:00am to Sunday May 14th at 11:59pm AEST. All online entries must be received by Sunday May 14th at 11:59pm AEST.
5. How to Enter: The Campaign must be entered by filling out the form as directed on HEOS Australia's Facebook page. The entry must fulfil all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. You may enter only once and if you provide more than one entry submission you will still receive only one entry. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple identities in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of QualiFi. By entering your email address You will note on the entry form that you consent for HEOS Australia and/or QualiFi to email you about HEOS specials, offers or other information relevant to our brand and product.
6. Prize: There is one chance to win. The winner of the Campaign will win a HEOS AVR valued at $1299 RRP. The Winner will be drawn on Sunday May 14th immediately after the competition closes at 11.59pm AEST. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by QualiFi. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for QualiFi to use Winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of QualiFi. Winner will be notified by public post on the HEOS Australia Facebook page and tagged if possible. The Winner must make contact with HEOS Australia on Facebook or QualiFi within five (5) days following selection of Winner. HEOS Australia and QualiFi shall have no liability for Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within five (5) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (at QualiFi's SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
8. Rights Granted by You: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that QualiFi, anyone acting on behalf of QualiFi, and QualiFi's licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
9. Terms & Conditions: By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant's participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant's participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
