WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, agencies associated with this promotion and Warner Bros. Entertainment, Inc. its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Warner Bros” ), are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 01/03/2016 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30/04/2016 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
purchase any Doritos product (excluding mixed multipacks containing Doritos) from any store in Australia that sells Doritos products during the Promotional Period; and then
visit www.doritos.com.au and follow the prompts, select their favourite superhero out of either Batman or Superman, input the requested details on the entry page (including their full name, a valid email address, mobile number, date of birth, Australian postal address, their full purchase receipt number and the last 6 digits of the product barcode number of the Doritos product purchased), and submit the fully completed entry form. Entrants will be notified immediately on screen whether or not they have won an Instant Prize (defined below).
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Doritos product purchased; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c) a maximum of two (2) entries permitted per person per day.
Entrants must retain their purchase receipt(s) (either the original or a copy of) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that a Doritos product was purchased during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
PRIZE:
The first valid entry drawn in the Batman Draw will win a trip for two (2) adults (i.e. aged 18 years or over) to Barcelona, Spain, valued at up to AU$10,000 depending on date and point of departure (“Batman Prize”). Batman Prize includes:
return economy airfares from winner's nearest Australian capital city to Barcelona, Spain for two (2) adults;
three (3) nights twin share accommodation in a minimum 4-star hotel in Barcelona for two (2) adults (exact hotel determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion);
daily hotel breakfast for two (2) adults (on a set menu);
return transfers from the Barcelona airport to the accommodation for two (2) adults;
a Barcelona Supercar Experience for two (2) adults, which includes the opportunity to drive a Porsche Boxter, Lamborghini and Ferrari around either the Montmelo national circuit or training track, a safety briefing with an experienced driver, and return transfers from the accommodation to the track (participants must provide a valid Australian driver’s licence at the track to be eligible to drive the vehicles);
a 30-minute flyboarding adventure for two (2) adults;
travel insurance for two (2) adults; and
AU$500 spending money for the winner, awarded in the form of a cheque made payable in the winner’s name.
Batman Prize must be taken by 1st March 2017, and is subject to booking and flight availability.

return economy airfares from winner's nearest Australian capital city to NYC, New York for two (2) adults;
return transfers from the NYC airport to the accommodation for two (2) adults;
three (3) nights twin share accommodation in a minimum 4-star hotel in Times Square, NYC for two (2) adults (exact hotel determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion);
a helicopter tour over NYC for two (2) adults (participants must weigh 350lb or less (requirement of helicopter tour company) and provide photographic identification (e.g. drivers licence or passport) to participate in this component of the prize);
a 3-course dinner and a Superman-inspired cocktail (for those of U.S. legal drinking age) at The View revolving restaurant for two (2) adults (exact menu determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion);
a 2-hour motorbike night-tour of NYC for two (2) adults (including all required safety equipment and a GoPro to record the tour);
travel insurance for two (2) adults; and
AU$500 spending money for the winner, awarded in the form of a cheque made payable in the winner’s name.
Superman Prize must be taken by 1st March 2017, cannot be taken any time in September 2016, and is subject to booking and flight availability.
