Win a Holden Cruze! - WHO CAN ENTER?
Australian residents from Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Western Australia, Australian Capital Territory and Queensland aged 18 years or over, who hold a valid driver licence, are eligible to enter this Promotion. Residents from all other states are excluded from entering this Promotion. Employees of the Promoter (or any related entity of the Promoter) and their Immediate Families are not eligible to enter this Promotion.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
12pm AEDT 16th November 2015 to 12pm AEDT 21st of December 2015.
HOW TO ENTER:
By entering this Promotion, the entrant accepts these terms and conditions. Entrants agree to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and to receive deal email alerts (that they can opt-out of at anytime). Entrants also understand that their email address will be passed on to Preston Motor Group, so that they can email entrants special offers and promote their services (which too, they can opt-out of at anytime). A person may enter this Promotion once each day of the Promotion Period. Entry for each day of the Promotion Period will open at 12pm AEDT and close at 11:59am AEDT the following day. The Promoter may deem an incomplete entry invalid. To enter, entrants must complete the online entry form available on the Scoopon website (www.scoopon.com.au/promo/WinACruze) by filling in all required fields and submitting the form as directed. Entrants must provide their full name, email address and postcode in order to successfully enter. For an additional 5 bonus entries, entrants can share their unique URL link provided after submitting the entry form telling us what 4 friends they would take on a road trip, and if an entrant’s friend enters using this link, those 5 bonus entries will be assigned to the original entrant.
PRIZE:
There will be 1 prize (1 winner). The prize pool will consist of a 2015 Cruze Equipe 1.8ltr 6 Speed
Automatic – Sedan or Hatch. The total prize pool will be valued at up to $25,920. Specific conditions
relating to the prize include:
The prize includes the first 12 months registration in the winner's State or Territory of residence; the first 12 months compulsory third party injury insurance and other on road costs including, stamp duty and dealership charges;
The winner is entitled to select the colour of the vehicle based on the standard range available at the Preston Motors Essendon Holden dealership in Melbourne, Victoria;
All ancillary costs or accessories not expressly provided are the responsibility of the winner.
The prize excludes comprehensive insurance, operational costs, fuel, personal costs and any other ancillary or incidental costs related to the prize or anything else not specifically mentioned, which is the responsibility of the winner;
Collection of the vehicle is subject to availability of the vehicle, but is anticipated to be within 4
weeks from the date the winner selects their preferred options;
The vehicle will be made available for the winner to collect from Essendon Holden in Melbourne, Victoria. All costs associated with travel to and from the dealership are at the winner's own cost. If the winner resides in a location further than 200km from Essendon, Melbourne, arrangements will be made for the vehicle to be transported to the winner’s address; and
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any mechanical, body or paint repairs or maintenance of any kind relating to the prize after the date and time of prize collection by the winner.
