Win a Holden Spark! - WHO CAN ENTER? Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years of age or over. Australian residents who are under the age of 18 years may also enter the Competition however if that person’s name is drawn as the Winner, then the Prize may only be claimed by that person’s parents or legal guardian. Employees of retailers at the Centre and their immediate family, suppliers to the Centre and agents associated with the Competition are ineligible for entry. By entering the Competition the customer certifies that he or she is an eligible participant. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The Competition commences on 12 November 2015 and ends at 12:00pm on 10 December 2015. HOW TO ENTER: A customer who spends a minimum amount of $50.00 at any participating store (in-store only, excluding online transactions) within the Centre between the Start Date and End Date will be eligible to submit 1 entry into the Competition. Where a customer holds an account with a retailer at the Centre and spends the Minimum Spend on their account in a single transaction, the account holder will be eligible to submit 1 entry into the Competition. Where a customer spends more than the Minimum Spend in a single transaction, the customer will be eligible to submit only 1 entry into the Competition for the transaction.  Where a customer or account holder makes multiple Minimum Spends in separate transactions, then the customer will be eligible to submit 1 entry into the Competition for each transaction with a Minimum Spend. PRIZE: There is 1 Prize available for the winner of the Competition. The Prize comprises a new late model Holden Spark 4 Cylinder Automatic 5 Door Hatchback which includes 12 months registration and compulsory third party insurance and with all initial Government duties and taxes paid for on this vehicle. The total value of the Prize is up to $13,718.18.
