Win a Holiday to Bali, Indonesia - Achilles / JAX Tyres Bali Holiday Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The Achilles/JAX Tyres “Bali Holiday Promotion” (‘The Promotion’) is open to all
legal residents of Australia aged eighteen (18) years of age and older. Employees of
JAX Tyres and YHI Australia PTY LTD and their respective parent, subsidiary and
affiliate companies and suppliers, vendors and agents, as well as their respective
family and household members are not eligible to enter. To be eligible to enter the
Promotion, you must visit a JAX Tyres store between March and August 2018 and
purchase a minimum of four (4) Achilles passenger, SUV, 4x4 or light truck tyres. All
four (4) tyres must be purchased/shown on the same invoice. Only one entry per
qualifying invoice is permitted. Multiple entries on separate invoices are possible. To
be eligible, the participant must also answer a question in not more than 25 words
when their entry is lodged at jax.com.au, under the Promotions tab. The Promotion is
subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full
and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Promoter’s (as defined
herein) decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the
Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth
herein.

3. Timing
The Promotion entry period begins at 08:00 Eastern Standard Time (“EST”), 1st
March 2018, and ends at 17:00 EST, 31st August 2018 (the "Promotion Period").
Local trading times apply and can be viewed at jax.com.au. Entries close at
jax.com.au on 14th September 2018 23:59. So far as reasonably practical, the winner
will be contacted by phone and written/email notification to the winner will be sent
within two (2) business days of the decision. The promoter’s computer is the official
time-keeping device for the Promotion. Fleet, government, commercial, account and
trade purchases are excluded from this promotion.
4. How to enter
Eligibility to enter is granted on purchase of one set (4) of Achilles Radial tyres. As a
game of skill, the participant must also answer a question in 25 words or less, why
they chose to buy Achilles tyres. Entrants must keep a proof of purchase (invoice)
which identifies the date of purchase, the 4 Achilles tyres purchased and the tyre
dealer where the 4 Achilles tyres were purchased from, and list this along with their
25 words or less game of skill entry under the Promotions tab of the jaxtyres.com.au
website.
5. Winner determination
Entries will be judged on their relevance, content, and originality by a panel from JAX
Tyres and YHI Australia.
Winning is contingent upon complying with all the terms and conditions of, and
fulfilling all requirements contained in, these Official Rules. The winner will be judged
by 21st September 2018. If a winner cannot be contacted using the details they have
supplied, after a week, the 2nd best entrant will be offered the prize.
6. Prize
The prize consists of a six (6) day (5 night) holiday for two (2) adults (age 18 or over)
to Bali, Indonesia at Bali Trans Seminyak Resort, Bali. The “prize” includes flights,
accommodation and transfers, but excludes meals/refreshments. The prize must be
taken between October 1st 2018 and March 31st 2019 inclusive, but the chosen
dates are subject to availability. The prize is not redeemable for cash. Valued at
A$3000 including GST. There is one prize, for two people. Prize values are correct at
the time of printing. The winner can add, at their own cost, family members or guests
to their booking. The prize winner is responsible for any and all documentation,
passports, visas, insurances and processes required in order to use the prize.
7. Release
To the extent permitted by law, by entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to
release and hold harmless the Promoter, JAX Tyres and their respective
subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and
prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such
company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released
Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to,
personal injury, damage to or loss of property arising out of participation in the Prize
Draw or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. The names, likeness and image of the
winners can be used by YHI or JAX Tyres for promotional purposes.
8. JAXQuickfit Franchising Systems Pty Ltd (trading as JAX Tyres), Salmat Digital
Pty Limited, YHI Australia Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies are
not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by you or
for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the
competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in
the course of the administration of the competition including any omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line
or telephone, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
Entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to
disqualify any Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these
Terms and Conditions. Any form of automated entry using any other devices or
software will be deemed to be invalid. We reserve the right to verify the validity of
entries and to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process or who
submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions. We are not
responsible for lost, late, incomprehensible, poorly worded, bland or incorrect entries
in the competition. We also accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may
arise from prize winnings in the competition. You should seek Independent financial
advice about such matters. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency,
weather event, disaster or (without limitation) any other event outside our reasonable
control, we are entitled to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition -
subject to any written directions from the various regulatory bodies responsible for
supervising the conduct of the competition in Australia. If for any reason the
competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to)
technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our
control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or
proper conduct of this competition, we are entitled in our sole discretion to disqualify
any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify
or suspend the competition. You release and agree to keep us indemnified from any
claim, cost, demand, tax, liability or damage (including legal costs on a full indemnity
