What is the prize and its total worth?

- The prize is valued at up to A$2,000, inclusive of GST, for design services with The Designory team over Zoom. It includes 2 x 1-hour phone calls and 5 hours of behind-the-scenes work assisting with your space. Additionally, the prize includes Luxaflex window furnishings valued at up to $10,000, inclusive of GST (excluding installation). The total prize value is up to AUD$12,000, inclusive of GST.
Please note that the prize must be redeemed by the winner and not passed on.

What happens if the winner cannot be contacted?

- If the initial winner is unable to be contacted, a second chance draw will take place on Friday, January 26, 2024, at 10:00 AM (AEST).

How will the winner be notified?

- The winner will be notified in writing and by telephone within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner's name will also be published at www.luxaflex.com.au and on the @luxaflexaus and @thedesignory Instagram story.

What if the prize is unavailable?

- If any element of the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that element of the prize with a prize of equal value and/or specification.
