Hot Air Balloon Ride Competition Details

1. Hunter Valley Gardens decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.


2. To be eligible to enter you must be 18 years of age or over.


3. Employees, relatives and agents of Harrigan’s Irish Pub & Accommodation, Hunter Valley Gardens, Roche Estate and Roche Group businesses are not eligible to enter.


4. Entries close on the 4.00pm AEST on the 24 January 2018.


5. The competition prize is a Balloon Aloft hot air balloon flight over the Hunter Valley for two people valued at $678


6. Limit of one entry per person.


7. The winner will be drawn by random electronic selection on the 25 January 2018.


8. The winner will be notified by email.


9. The prize must be taken “as offered” and cannot be varied or extended or transferred or exchanged for cash.


10. Any additional products or services not included in the prize, but required by the winner, will need to be arranged and paid for by the winner.


11. The competition winner consents to Hunter Valley Gardens using his or her name and suburb for publicity purposes.


12. Hunter Valley Gardens is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion and/or the prize.


13. Hunter Valley Gardens accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed or ineligible applications, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, theft, deletion, destruction, transmission, interruption, communications failure or otherwise. Hunter Valley Gardens has no control over the internet, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.

If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any cause beyond the control of Hunter Valley Gardens which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, Hunter Valley Gardens in its sole discretion may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries.
