1. Entry is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand except for employees of Mothercare, Early Learning Centre, Kids Central, Sony and associated sponsors and related companies.
2. All entrants must be a Mothercare, Kids Central or Early Learning Centre loyalty member to enter the competition.
3. The competition opens on Thursday 6th September 2012 and closes on Sunday 30th September 2012, at 5pm AEST.
4. Simply make a purchase in-store at selected Mothercare, Kids Central or Early Learning Centre store to qualify to enter the competition.
5. Competition not available at Mothercare Townsville, Mothercare Rockhampton, Mothercare DFO Canberra, and Early Learning Centre Wellington.
6. By entering this competition, the entrant will go into the draw to win a private theatrette screening of ?Hotel Transylvania? in 3D for maximum of 20 people. There are six private theatrette screenings to be won, one in each of the following locations: a. Sydney, NSW Australia, b. Melbourne, VIC Australia, c. Adelaide, SA Australia, d. Brisbane, QLD Australia, e. Perth, WA Australia, and f. Auckland, New Zealand
7. Enter instore by completing the entry form and handing it to a staff member to go into the draw to win. You must include your full name, email address, telephone number and postcode to be eligible to win.
8. There will be one winner for each location; Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth and Auckland.
9. Competition will be drawn at 9am Tuesday 2nd October 2012 at Mothercare Head Office, Level 1 Building 220/2A The Entertainment Quarter, 122 Lang Road, Moore Park NSW 2021.
10. Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing on Wednesday 3rd October 2012, and their details will be published on the Mothercare and Early Learning Centre Facebook pages at 10am Wednesday 3rd October 2012, and published in The Australian and New Zealand Herald newspapers on Friday 5th October 2012.
11. The total prize value is $11,100 for the six private theatrette screenings, each private theatrette viewing is worth $1850 (including ?Hotel Transylvania? showing in 3D, 3D glasses, snacks, drinks, and a gift for every child) on the morning of Sunday, October 28 at the following venues: a. Sony Pictures, 1 Market St, Sydney, NSW, Australia b. Directors Suite, Hoyts Melbourne Central, Level 3, Cnr Swanston & Latrobe Streets, Melbourne, VIC, Australia c. Events Cinema Marion, Level 3, 297 Diagonal Road, Oaklands Park, SA, Australia d. Birch Carroll and Coyle Gold Class Cinema, Logan Road, Mount Gravatt, QLD, Australia e. Readings Gold Class Lounge, Cnr Fulham & Knutsford Rd, Belmont, Perth, WA, Australia f. Event Gold Class Cinema, Queen St, Newmarket, Auckland, New Zealand
12. Screening times are subject to local showings of ?Hotel Transylvania? in 3D, and each winner will be informed prior to the private theatrette screening.
13. Depending on cinema operations in any city at the time, Sony Pictures may consider one date change for the winner?s screening event. This is at the discretion of, and must be arranged through, Sony Pictures.
14. No alternative film can be offered. The prize is valid for a screening of ?Hotel Transylvania? in 3D only.
15. Winners and their friends must be accompanied by 2 x adult supervising carers or parents. Children under 18 years of age participating must have parental permission to attend under the supervision of those nominated carers/parents.
16. Mothercare will not be responsible for transportation to and from the private screening or any related expenses.
17. Prizes will be awarded on the basis of chance.
18. Prizes are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
19. Prizes must be taken on the date specified.
20. Should the prize(s) remain unclaimed by Monday 10th October 2012, a winner(s) will be redrawn at 10am on Tuesday 11th October 2012. The winner(s) will be contacted by telephone and in writing on Tuesday 11th October 2012, and published in The Australian and New Zealand Herald newspapers on Wednesday 12th October 2012. The competition redraw will take place at Mothercare Head Office, Level 1 Building 220/2A The Entertainment Quarter, 122 Lang Road, Moore Park NSW 2021.
21. The unclaimed prize(s) as of Thursday 13th October 2012 will be forfeited. If, due to unforeseeable circumstances the private theatrette screening event(s) is cancelled, winner(s) will be compensated with movie merchandise prizes, provided by Sony Pictures.
22. All information becomes the property of Mothercare, Early Learning Centre, and Kids Central, and can be used for future marketing purposes, including email marketing.
23. All participants and winners indemnify the Organiser, its advertising agencies, advisors, suppliers, and nominated agents against any and all claims, damages and loss howsoever arising, including but not limited to wilful misconduct or negligent act or omission arising from their participation in this competition.
