Win a HP Hybrid Work Package

Information on how to enter the MediaForm Winter Printer Bundle Giveaway (“Competition”) and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is MEDIAFORM PTY LTD (ABN 90 060 212 286) of Unit 3, 3-5 Gibbon Road, Winston Hills NSW 2153 (“Promoter” or “MEDIAFORM”). Promoter’s website: www.mediaform.com.au.
The Competition commences at 12:00am AEST on 22 August 2022 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 4 September 2022 (“Competition Period”).
Entry is open to Australian residents who fill in the online form at: www.mediaform.com.au/giveaway and answer the Competition question. Directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors of the Promoter and other agencies or companies associated with the Competition and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this Competition.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the competition. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
In order to enter the Competition, participants need to undertake the following steps during the Competition Period: a. Go to www.mediaform.com.au/giveaway b. Fill in the online competition form with your name, phone contact, business name if applicable and email address. c. Complete the competition question “In 25 words or less, using the word ‘WINTER’, tell us why you should win the HP Hybrid Work Package?"
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The judging will take place at MEDIAFORM, Unit 3, 3-5 Gibbon Road, Winston Hills NSW 2153 commencing on 7 September 2022. The judges may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the competition question, as well as the quality of the response and how well the response is articulated.
Total prize pool is valued at AUD $3,560.15 including GST. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the Competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
The prize winner will be notified on the 7 September 2022 by both phone and email.
If the Promoter cannot contact a prize winner, that prize winner’s entry will be deemed invalid, and the next best entry, as determined by the judge(s) shall be awarded the prize and notified accordingly.
Entrants agree that they are fully responsible for any materials they submit via the competition. The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for such Content to the full extent permitted by law. The Promoter may remove or decline to publish any Content without notice for any reason whatsoever.
If due to any reason whatsoever the Promoter becomes aware that a winner has not complied with any of the Competition’s Terms and Conditions, that winner will have no entitlement to the prize, and will be required, at the direction of the Promoter, to return, refund or otherwise make restitution of the prize.
As a condition of entering this competition, each entrant licenses and grants the Promoter, its affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display their entry (which shall include Content) for any purpose, including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability.
Entrants acknowledge and consent to the entrant’s personal information being used by the Promoter and agencies and companies associated with the Competition for the purpose of conducting this Competition, distributing the prizes, marketing activities related to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose entrant’s personal information to any entity outside of Australia.
