The competition is open to all residents of NSW, VIC, and QLD who are 18 years and older. Employees and their immediate family members of the Promoter and related entities are not eligible to enter.

How can one enter the competition?

To enter, individuals must complete the entry form on the Promoter's website, www.theurbanlist.com, during the promotional period. There is no cost to enter the competition.

What is the prize?

The winner of the competition will receive a 3-night stay at RACV Royal Pines Resort, including breakfast for up to 2 adults and 2 children, valued at up to $1,017 AUD. The prize also includes return flights for up to 2 adults and 2 children from Sydney or Melbourne to Queensland, valued at up to $2,000 AUD (or transferred into RACV Royal Pines Resort Onsite Credit if the winner is based in Queensland). Additionally, the prize includes RACV Royal Pines Resort Onsite Credit valued at up to $983 AUD, making the total prize value up to $4,000 AUD.

Any other important information about the prize?

Prize redemptions are subject to terms and conditions imposed by the supplier. The prize is subject to availability, and blackout dates apply. Any unused resort credit will be forfeited and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. The winner is responsible for any additional expenses beyond the $4,000 AUD total prize value, including meals, beverages, tips, or other extras not included in the confirmed prize package. The winner is also responsible for deciding who to share the prize with.

Is there anything else to know about the competition?

Entrants who agree to receive information and marketing materials from RACV will be subscribed to RACV for online marketing and promotional communications. Winners are required to participate in promotional activities related to the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants who breach the terms and conditions or engage in improper conduct. The competition may be modified or canceled under certain circumstances.
