Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
The following persons are ineligible to enter the promotion:
fleet, government or wholesale customers; and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Kmart Tyre & Auto Service stores and agencies associated with this promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 22/12/2014 and ends at close of business on 29/03/2015 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To receive an automatic entry, individuals must purchase and fit at least one (1) set of four (4) Dunlop or Goodyear tyres in one (1) transaction at any Kmart Tyre & Auto Service store in Australia during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).
Incomplete transactions will be deemed invalid.
PRIZE:
The first valid entry drawn will win a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Sport 2.4L 9A, 2WD with automatic transmission. Total prize value is up to AU$35,000 including registration, compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery charges (which may vary State by State). Additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, accommodate the winner’s colour preference, subject to availability. The winner must collect the prize from their nearest authorised Jeep dealership.
