Then tell us in 25 words or less “what would you like to see more or less of in next month’s issue and why?” Also provide your name, daytime phone number and current mailing address as directed and submit your completed entry as directed. The Promoter will not be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected entries, or incomplete or incorrect entrant contact details. Incomplete, illegible, incorrect and incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging. The best entry, as determined by the judges, will receive a Katy Perry Lash Pack created by Eylure, valued at $150. The winner will be notified using contact details provided in their entry.
