Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 12 years or older (Entrants). The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families, including their children and wards) of the Promoter, its related entities, corporations or franchisees, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies whom are directly associated with the conduct of this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.
Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide Personal Information about themselves. All entries of Entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Conditions of Entry will bind the Entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for Entrants aged under 18 years). HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
purchase from a participating outlet any Berocca Boost drink (Eligible Purchase) and retain the Eligible Purchase’s purchase receipt (Purchase Receipt) OR the Eligible Purchase’s product packaging;
and
log on to www.berocca.com.au/japanskitrip, the www.berocca.com.au/japanskitrip, mobile application OR the Berocca Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Berocca) (each a Promotional Website) and follow the prompts to fully and correctly complete, either directly or via Facebook, and successfully submit the online entry form in the manner required, including providing the Entrant’s full name, date of birth and age, gender, residential address, mobile telephone number (if applicable), current and valid email address.
Multiple Entries are permitted, however each entry must be based on a separate Eligible Purchase, must be submitted separately and must independently comply with these Conditions of Entry.
PRIZES:
Instant Win Prizes: Eligible entrants will be notified immediately by email if they are an instant winner. Instant winners will each win one (1) Limited Edition Berocca Arcade Desktop Gaming Console valued at up to AUD $1,500.00 (RRP) (each, an Instant Win Prize). There are eleven (11) Instant Win Prizes to be awarded in this promotion (one each Promotional Week).
Major Prize: The first eligible entry randomly drawn from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period will win a $15,000.00 Flight Centre voucher to put towards a ski trip to Japan The voucher may be redeemed from the prize supplier for flights, accommodation and transfers up to the value of AUD $15,000.00.
Voucher is subject to its prevailing terms and conditions of use, including expiry dates, and is not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged.
Voucher cannot be sold, scalped, auctioned, raffled, pledged or promoted as an incentive or reward by any third party as an inducement for any person or other entity to enter into any commercial or other arrangements with that third party. If the prize is obtained through any of these methods, it will not be honoured by the Promoter or prize supplier.
It is the sole responsibility of the winner to ensure their entry into Japan, at their own expense, including ensuring all necessary passports, visas, travel authorisations, medical advice and recommended vaccinations and immunisations have been obtained prior to travel and, if required, on or by a date nominated by the Promoter. Failure to do so may result in the prize being forfeited. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety of Japan and it is the responsibility of the winner to check the travel advice issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade at www.smartraveller.gov.au and assess the safety of Japan prior to travel.
Total maximum prize pool value is AUD$31,500.00 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless otherwise indicated). A prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.
