WHO CAN ENTER?

The Promotion is open for entry by any Australian resident over the age of 18 years of age excluding:
employees of Choosi or Greenstone Financial Services Pty Ltd ABN 53 128 692 884 (AFSL 343079) (“GFS”), a related body corporate of Choosi;
a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a Choosi or GFS employee;
any person who has breached any of these Terms & Conditions.
Entrants can only enter in their own name. Business names or company names will not be accepted for entry.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion commences at 12:01am (AEST) on 1st March 2016 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on 30th April 2016 (“Promotion Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Promotion, entrants must do at least one of the following:
Satisfy one of the following:
Request and obtain a Choosi Health or Pet Insurance quote online at www.choosi.com.au; or
Request a Choosi Life, Funeral or Income Protection Insurance quote, online at www.choosi.com.au and subsequently obtain a verbal quote for the requested Insurance product by speaking to a Choosi Call Centre representative on 13 55 55; or
Request a Choosi Life, Health, Funeral, Income Protection or Pet Insurance quote over the phone via the Choosi Call Centre (13 55 55) and obtain a verbal quote from the Choosi Call Centre representative.
Entrants who satisfy the requirements of sub clause 9a i, ii or iii will receive 2 entries into the draw only, meaning there is a maximum of 2 entries per entrant under sub clause 9a.
Share the competition via Facebook or Twitter. Entrants who satisfy the requirements of this sub clause will receive 1 entry into the draw for each person who enters via the shared competition link.

PRIZE:
The prize is 1 x KitchenAid 5KCF0103AAC Cook Processor RRP AUD$1,999 (“the Prize”).
Colour selection of the Prize will not be guaranteed and will depend on availability at the time of despatch.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the function or warranty of the product.
If the advertised model is unavailable or exceeds the RRP stated in these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter accepts no responsibility to provide the advertised appliance model, but the Promoter will make available a substitute prize, to the same value, in those instances, in the form of WISH eGift Cards from Woolworths Limited ABN 88 000 014 675 to the value of AUD$2,000 (“Substitute Prize”) in lieu of the Prize.
The Prize and Substitute Prize are not transferable or redeemable for Cash.
