To enter, participants must: 1. Complete the entry form on the Country Kitchens website at www.qcwacountrykitchens.com.au/hero-the-veg with their Hero the Veg recipe and contact details. 2. Ensure the recipe contains at least one serve of vegetables per portion (approximately 75g or ½ cup of cooked vegetables or one cup of salad vegetables). 3. Optionally, upload an image of the cooked recipe for an additional entry. 4. Entrants can submit multiple recipes for multiple entries.

- Six weekly prizes: Each prize consists of a Queensland Country Women’s Association prize pack including an apron, tea towel, and cookbook, valued at $40 each. - One grand prize: A KitchenAid food processor and a copy of the QCWA In My Country Kitchen cookbook, valued at $500.
