1.  The Promoter is www.yourhomedepot.com.au owned by Your Home Depot ABN 25 126 946 3981. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.     Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
3.     By entering this competition you are in the running to win a KitchenAid Stand Mixer Empire Red KSM150 valued at RRP $829
4.     Promotion commences on January 29, 2016 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEDST on 13/03/2016 (“Promotional Period”).
2.     Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3.     The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
5.     If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
6.     The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.     One bonus entry will be awarded the to entrants for every friend they refer that then enters the competition. There is no limit on the amount of bonus entries for referring friends.
8.     The winner will be drawn on Tuesday 15th March 2016 10.00am AEST via random generation in WooBox.com
Winner will be contacted via email and the details will be published on the Your Home Depot Facebook Page.
4.     All entrants must be a lawful permanent resident of Australia over the age of 18. The winners will be chosen at random from the submitted entries. The prize draw will take place at the conclusion of the contest and the winner will be subject to confirmation before any announcement is made. If the prize winner cannot be contacted within 7 calendar days of the draw being conducted, then the person will be disqualified and a new winner will be selected.
10.  Prize values mentioned in competitions are at the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier, and are correct at time of publishing. The promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of a prize occurring during the promotion.
11.  The judges' decision is final in relation to any aspect of the competition and no correspondence will be entered into. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Winners are drawn randomly from the database of entries.
12.  Prize will be dispatched to Winner within 1 week from the close of promotion and will be delivered free of charge to any valid Australian address. The prizes will not be shipped overseas.
13.  It is the responsibility of participants to ensure their details are correct and current. The promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost due to change of address or contact details, and there are no replacement prizes.
14.  The promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability/merchantability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the winner.
