8: Entry Restrictions (a) Entrants and their companion must be 18 years of age or
over at the time of Entry.
(b) Entrants must be an Australian resident.
(c) Entrants must be a registered iHeartRadio user. A
registered user means anyone who is an Australian resident
who has downloaded the iHeartRadio App and registered
their details; or who is an Australian resident who has
registered with iHeartRadio with their details online at
https://www.iheart.com/.
9: How to Enter (a) Listeners will be invited via Station online and social media
commercials to visit the Station website and fully complete the
online Entry Form including by providing their contact details –
full name, phone number, e-mail and address; and by entering
their love song dedication.
(b) Each valid Entry received by the time specified by the Station
will be placed into a random Prize Draw.
(c) The Promoter will randomly draw one (1) Entrant and that
Entrant will be deemed a Winner and receive a Prize.

17: Prize Claim Date, Time
and Delivery
Prize must be claimed by 9.00am AEST on Monday, 18th May 2020.
If the Winner does not claim the Prize by 9.00am AEST on Monday,
18th May 2020 they will forfeit the Prize and another Winner will be
drawn.
The Promoter will contact the Winner with the contact details the
Winner registered with on the online Entry Form, to arrange
delivery and fulfilment of the Prize.

18: Unclaimed Prize Draw If the Prize has not been claimed, an Unclaimed Prize Draw to
select a new Winner will be conducted on Monday, 18th May 2020
at 10.00am AEST at the Australian Radio Network – 3 Byfield

The Winner of the Prize will be published on Monday, 18th May

19: Special Conditions (a) Entrants must be a registered iHeartRadio user. A
registered user means anyone who is an Australian resident
who has downloaded the iHeartRadio App and registered
their details; or who is an Australian resident who has
registered with iHeartRadio with their details online at
https://www.iheart.com/.
(b) Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for
cash.
(c) Should any elements of the Prize be changed, moved,
cancelled or not available for any unforeseen reason, the
Promoter takes no responsibility and the Prize Winner will
not be compensated.
(d) The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Contesting
Period at its absolute discretion; the Promoter reserves the
right to terminate the Competition subject to any direction
from a regulatory authority.
(e) Prizes awarded are subject to availability and are at the
complete discretion of the Promoter.
(f) By entering this Competition, Entrants grant to the
