Who can enter the Orange Dots Kollab Monthly Subscriber Giveaway?

The promotion is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are over the age of 18 years, excluding employees of Kollab, their immediate families, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

When does the giveaway close?

The giveaway runs monthly, starting from December 2023, with entries closing at 11.59pm AEST on the last day of each calendar month.

How can one enter the giveaway?

To enter, participants must submit their email address using the giveaway pop-up on the Kollab website at kollab.com.au. No purchase is required to enter.

What is the prize?

The monthly prize includes 1 pair of Merry People Bobbi Boots (winner's choice of colour), 1 Kollab Hyper Floral Picnic Mat valued at $109.95, and 1 Kollab Hyper Floral Cooler Bag valued at $34.95.

What is the total prize pool amount?

The total value of each monthly prize is $144.90.

How and when will the winner be informed?

The monthly winner will be drawn by the second week of the calendar month using a random number generator and contacted by Kollab regarding their prize.

Can the prize be transferred or redeemed for cash?

No, the prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

What happens if the prize is unclaimed?

If the prize remains unclaimed within seven working days of notifying the winner, it will be redrawn and the new winner will be notified by email within two days of the draw.

Is there any liability on Kollab regarding the prize?

To the extent permitted by law, Kollab is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of the prize. Kollab's liability is limited to the cost price of the prize.

Under what jurisdiction are the terms and conditions governed?

The laws of the State of Victoria govern the terms, and participants irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria.
