When will the winner be drawn?

The winner will be drawn on Friday, 1st September 2023. They will be randomly selected through https://wheelofnames.com/ and will be notified by email on the same day.

Is the prize transferable or exchangeable for cash?

No, the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

What happens if a winner does not accept the prize at the time set by Black Chicken Remedies and the Participating Retailers?

If a winner does not take a part of the Prize at the time set by Black Chicken Remedies and the Participating Retailers, the winner will forfeit that part.

What if the prize is unavailable?

If a Prize is unavailable, Black Chicken Remedies and the Participating Retailers will substitute it for one of equal or greater value.

What should the winner do after being notified?

The winner will have 7 days to provide their full name, postal address, and phone number for the prizes to be sent out. If they fail to provide these details within the given time frame, a redraw will occur.

When will the prizes be sent out?

Upon receiving the winner's full name, postal address, and phone number, individual participating retailers will send out the winner's prize within 2 business days.
