The following Terms & Conditions apply to Toro Australia’s ‘Be proud of your patch’ Competition
(“Competition”). Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any other
material relating to the Competition, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Only entries that are
submitted and comply with these Terms & Conditions may be eligible to win this Competition.
The promoter is Toro Australia (ACN 47 001 310 443) of 53 Howards Road, Beverley SA 5009.
Competition Dates
Commences: Monday 12 March 2018
Concludes: Saturday 31 March 2018 at 11.59 pm (AEST)
Prize draw: Wednesday 4 April 2018 at 10.00 am (AEST)
Prize Winner notified by: Friday 6 April 2018

Toro is giving 1 x 22” Personal Pace mower (RRP $895) and a Striping Kit (RRP $193.62) to one lucky
Winner!
The prizes is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of
compensation (including cash).
How to Enter
To enter, each Entrant must, during the Competition period access the Competition Entry Page and
supply their details in the form provided.
Incomplete entries, and entries received after the close of the Competition, will be ineligible.
Entries can only be made in an individual’s own name, and no entry can be made for, or on behalf of, any
other person. Only one (1) entry is allowed per person.
Each entrant is eligible to score one (1) bonus entry for each of the following actions: Subscribing to the
Toro YouTube page via the Competition Thank You Page and Sharing the competition via the unique
referral link provided.
Who May Enter
Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18, excluding:
A. Directors, management and employees or contractors of Toro Australia, and its related
companies and agencies;
B. The spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, or sibling of such directors,
management, employees and contractors (whether or not they live in the same household);
C. Directors, management and employees of any Toro authorised dealers or third parties involved
with the Competition.
Prize Draw
This Competition is a game of chance. Winners will be selected at random by authorised software (the
Wishpond platform). There will be one (1) Winner. The first eligible entry drawn will win. In the event that
an entry drawn from the barrel does not comply with the Terms & Conditions another entry will be drawn
as replacement.
The draw will take place on Wednesday 4 April 2018 at 10.00 am at the Promoter’s marketing agency’s
office at 11A Myer Court, Beverley SA 5009. No correspondence will be entered into in respect to the
draw.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an
entrant’s identity, age and place of residence).
Winner Notification
The Prize Winner will be notified via the phone number supplied at the time of entry, by close of business
on Friday 6 April 2018.
If the Winner cannot be contacted within three (3) months of the Prize Draw (i.e. attempts to contact the
Winner have been met with failure), the Winner will no longer be entitled to the Prize and The Promoter
may undertake a redraw. The Replacement Winner is then the Winner of the prize for the purpose of
these Terms & Conditions.
The Winner must provide their address to receive their Prize. Toro Australia will contact the winner in
regards to organising suitable pickup or delivery of the Prize. The Prize will be delivered within six (6)
weeks of notification.
Publicity & Promotion
The name of the Winner will be published by The Promoter on Toro Australia’s Facebook page.The
Winner’s name may also be published on other Toro-owned platforms.
Toro Australia may request an image of the Winner with their Prize to be used for promotional purposes.
The Promoter reserves the right to use your supplied email to inform you about the Competition, and for
future marketing initiatives. You are able to unsubscribe from email marketing at any time by following the
instructions contained in any marketing email.
Other Conditions of Entry
Entry into the competition is free but any cost associated with entering the Competition (including
accessing the website) is the entrant’s responsibility.
If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms & Conditions (including
awarding any part of the prizes), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in
performing its obligations. The Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the Competition at any time.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and
agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage
(including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of
the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any theft, unauthorised
access or third party interference; (b) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or
misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable
control of the Promoter; (c) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms & Conditions; or (d)
use of a prize/taking of a prize.
