1.     Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
2.     By entering this Promotion, the Entrant confirms that they have read, understood and accept these Terms and Conditions.
3.     Entry is only open to residents of United States and/or Australia aged 18 years and over, and who are able to take the prize as offered. Entrants must be able to redeem the prize at the time, date and venue stipulated by the Promoter. In the event that an Entrant is not able to participate in the Promotion at the time and dates stipulated by the Promoter, the Promoter will reserve the right to deem the entrant invalid to continue participating in the promotion. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
4.     Promotion commences 6:00 pm PST Thurs April 17 2014 USA/12:00 pm Fri April 18 2014 AUS. Entries for promotion close at 11:00 pm PST on Thurs May 8 2014 USA/6:00 PM Fri May 9 2014 AUS. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
5.     This Promotion is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining winners.
6.     Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging.
7.     To enter, Entrants must successfully complete all fields on the promotion entry page including submitting an answer to the call to action, "What do you love most about your mother?" The entry page is available via the Napoleon Perdis Facebook page.
8.     The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of entry.
 9.     A judging panel appointed by the Promoter will select one winner from the either the United States or Australia from all valid entries received. The panel’s decision in all respects will be final. No correspondence will be entered into. Each entry will be individually judged based on creative merit, originality and suitability for the Promotion.
 10.  The winner will be selected commencing May 9, 2014 PST at the premises of the promoter where the most appropriate entries as determined by the promoter will be declared the winner.
11.  Prizes and values are as follows:-

12.  Prize must be taken at a time agreeable with the Promoter and is subject to booking and availability. Winner will be notified by email or phone using contact details provided in their entry.
13.  Prizes, or any unused portion of the prizes, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
14.  Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) will be exempt from any and all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; and/or (f) use of the prize or attendance at the prize event.
15.  By entering the Promotion, unless otherwise advised by the Entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the Entrant. All personal details of the Entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
