The major prize is valued at $9,500. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter reserves the right to change the prize to one of equal or greater value at any time if the prize becomes unavailable. Method of entry: To enter, you must book tickets to Les Miserables at the Capitol Theatre, Sydney via ticketmaster. All bookings made in the duration of the competition with a valid email address will be immediately entered into the competition.

1. Instructions, prizes and information on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. By entering into or participating in the competition, entrants accept these conditions of entry.
2. The Promoter is AKA Promotions (Australia) PTY LTD (ABN 83 13 014 5603) of Suite 511, 410 Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills 2010
3. The competition begins at 12:00am (Sydney time) on 05/06/2015 and concludes at 11:59am (Sydney time) on 13/07/2015
4. Entry is open to all residents of Australia.
5. 6. Accommodation is valid for 5 nights including 8th October 2015, or if for some reason the winner was unable to travel at that time, the hotel will extend validity for a 12 month period with booking dates subject to availability.

8. To enter, you must purchase a ticket to Les Miserables at the Capitol Theatre, Sydney between 12:00am 05/06/2015 and 11:59am 13/07/2015. Each ticket purchased will enter the draw. The winner(s) will be the first drawn at random from all valid competition entries received.
9. The draw will take place at 12:00pm (Sydney time) on 14/07/2015 at Level 5, Suite 511, 410 Elizabeth street, Surry Hills 2010.
10. The winner(s) will be notified by email. If the winner(s) cannot take the prize as stipulated or if it is, then the entry will be forfeited. Subject to applicable law, the Promoter may conduct such further draws as are necessary in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. If, for any reason whatsoever (including but not limited to the interruption, cancellation or postponement of an event or a change in the personal circumstances of the winner), a winner is not able to use the prize, the winner will not be entitled to any cash or alternative offer in lieu of that prize.
11. All determinations of the Promoter in connection with the competition are made at its absolute discretion and are final. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence or discussions with any entrant regarding the result of the competition or any other decision of the Promoter in connection with the competition.
12. Each prize is issued subject to any terms and conditions applicable to that prize.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency and proof of the validity of entry. The type of proof that is acceptable is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. If the winner doesn’t or can’t provide appropriate proof, the winner will forfeit the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.

15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law).
16. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in, or downloading of any materials in connection with, the competition.
17. If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, modify or suspend the competition (subject to applicable laws).
18. Entrants personal information will be handled by the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Any personal information collected will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the competition (including, without limitation, for the purpose of issuing the prize to winner). Personal information may be disclosed to organisations, contractors and agents associated with the competition (including but not limited to the person or organisation providing the prize). If an entrant does not provide the personal information requested (email address and phone number), the entrant will not be able to enter into, or participate in, the competition or receive a prize if that entrant is a winner.
19. Meals, accommodation, travel insurance, taxes, transfers, transport to and from departure ports and all other travel documentation and costs are the responsibility of the winner.
20. The promoter is not responsible for any arranging or paying for any additional or ancillary costs associated with travel on the prize flights, including travel insurance, government taxes (including departure taxes) or airport charges or spending money. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and any travelling companion have any necessary travel documents (such as passport, visa, etc) and that you comply with any relevant health or other governmental requirements.
QANTAS Terms and Conditions
1. The prize is return Economy Class air travel for two (2) from any Australian capital city to London. Prize airfare is only valid for travel to London and is subject to availability at time of booking. The prize must be redeemed by 31 May 2016.
2. Prize tickets are valid for air travel only, and are not applicable on any other services such as accommodation, travel insurance, or any other ancillary services. Other conditions may apply
3. Prize tickets are valid for Economy class air travel only on Qantas direct flights.
4. Prize tickets are valid on services operated by Qantas Airways Limited only. The tickets cannot be used on services which are operated by another airline but which have a QF flight number (known as ‘codeshare services’); nor can they be used on Jetstar services or Qantas regional airline services under the QantasLink brand (currently operated by Sunstate Airlines and Eastern Australia Airlines).

6. Tickets are not transferable, re-routable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.

8. Prize tickets are not upgradeable with cash or Frequent Flyer points. Travel is to be in the class and category specified in condition 3 only.
9. Stopovers are not permitted. Where a destination includes an overnight stop (due to unavailability of connecting air services), accommodation will be at the winner’s expense.
10. Qantas Airways is not responsible for any arranging or paying for any additional or ancillary costs associated with travel on the prize flights, including travel insurance, government taxes (including departure taxes) or airport charges or spending money. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and any travelling companion have any necessary travel documents (such as passport, visa, etc) and that you comply with any relevant health or other governmental requirements.
11. Frequent Flyer points cannot be earned or accumulated in respect of prize flights
12. Compliance with any health or other government requirements are the responsibility of the prizewinner and companion.
13. Any GST as defined in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 19999 (Cth) imposed on the supply of the prize ticket(s) must be paid to Qantas separately by the prize winner at the time of booking the ticket(s) for the prize flights.
14. The Qantas Conditions of Carriage will apply to your prize flights (if there is any inconsistency, the Qantas Conditions of Carriage will apply to the extent of the inconsistency)
15. Please note that the terms and conditions of entry to the competition also apply (if there is any inconsistency, then these prize winner conditions will apply to the extent of the inconsistency)
