Entrants Entry is open to all Australian residents of all ages except employees of Bondi Beauty and Gym Tote. Time Frame Competition starts 26th July 2017 and submissions close 24th August 2017. A winner will be drawn on 19th September 2017 and notified forthwith by e-mail. Winners Three finalists will be selected. They will then be notified via email and a panel will select the final winner. Out of the three finalists, the panel will decide on one winner. Entries To Enter: Subscribe to bondibeauty.com.au by entering your e-mail in the form and confirming your subscription. In 140 characters or less, tell us what your gym bag must-haves are and why. One entry per e-mail address. By entering, you give permission for us to use your information on our site (including an image of yourself) for a story and winner announcement on our site. Costs and expenses Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the competition and will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition. Intellectual property Your entry becomes the intellectual property of Bondi Beauty. By entering, you are confirming you have the right to all intellectual property in the first instance, and consent to act or omit what would otherwise be your intellectual property. Your entry constitutes a license of the intellectual property to Bondi Beauty so we can use it for promotional or advertising purposes. Disqualification We have the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where we suspect an unlawful or improper conduct, such as infringing a third party’s intellectual property rights, or if there has otherwise been a breach of the competition terms and conditions. Privacy Refer to the privacy policy on our site. Notification Once a winner has confirmed details, we will publish the name of the winner 24 hours after the final decision. Prize The prizes are subject to conditions imposed by Gym Tote. The prize will be posted to the winner and also announced on our website.
