The competition commences on 2nd October 2018 at 9:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and concludes on 23rd October 2018 at 11:59pm AEST. Participants must be over the age of 18 years.

Only one (1) entry per person for the duration of the competition is allowed.
Participants may choose to ‘like’ the participating companies Facebook pages and may also refer friends via sharing the competition post (this is not an entry requirement).
Skyrail reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify:
Any entries that tamper with, or attempt to tamper with the entry process;
Any entries that Skyrail considers manipulative, unrepresentative, or disproportionate;
Any individuals found entering who corrupt or affect, or attempt to corrupt or affect, the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the entry process.
Employees and Directors of Skyrail, Employees and Directors of Pullman Reef Hotel Casino, prize providers or agencies associated with this competition, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the competition.
Participants will be entered into a random prize draw to win the major prize draw for two (2) adults.
The prize is as follows:
Skyrail Rainforest Cableway Round Trip (Return) Experience with Diamond View upgrade for two (2) adults; and Return City Transfers for two (2) adults, (Valued at $284.00)
2 nights stay in a Junior Suite including breakfast for two (2) adults, a bottle of French champagne on arrival, and $100.00 dinner voucher for award winning Tamarind Restaurant. (Valued at $1,300.00.)

The winner will be selected by a random draw by the Woobox App. The drawing of the prize will be conducted at: Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, 6 Skyrail Drive, Smithfield Queensland, 4878 on 24th October 2018 at 10:00am AEST.
The prize winner will be notified by email. The name of the prize winner will be published and shared on social media and sent via email to all competition entrants.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash and can not be used in conjunction with any other offers. The prize vouchers must be claimed prior to 23rd January 2019. All prize components are subject to availability and must book all prize components in advance. Prize vouchers must be presented on arrival.
The Reef Hotel Casino: Valid until 1st May 2019 (01/05/2019). Subject to availability, not available over Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year.
Skyrail Rainforest Cableway: Valid 12 Months from time of winner announced. Travel cannot be upgraded or amended to include other products. Subject to availability. Note: Diamond View gondolas may be unavailable during peak season (national school holidays). If travel on Skyrail Rainforest Cableway occurs while Diamond View gondolas are unavailable, the standard gondola will be provided instead with no compensation provided for difference in value.
If the winner does not claim their prize, an unclaimed prize draw will be scheduled to award the prize to another eligible entrant. As the original draw is scheduled for 24/10/2018, the winner is entitled to claim their prize until 23/01/2019. The unclaimed prize draw will take place on 24/01/2019. The draw will take place as above, the winner contacted by email, published and shared on social media and sent to all competition applicants via email.
All expenses outside of the stated prize including travel to Cairns; are at the cost and responsibility of the winner. Travel insurance is not provided and Skyrail recommends the prize winner and travel companion/s obtain comprehensive travel insurance including medical coverage (at their own expense) prior to travel.
Each entrant, including the prize winner and any travel companion/s, releases and indemnifies Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, Pullman Reef Hotel Casino and the prize contributors against all liability (including tax liability), cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the prize or participation in the promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
By accepting the prize, the winner and the winner’s travel companion/s agree that Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, Pullman Reef Hotel Casino and the associated prize providers may use their name, likeness, appearance, voice and biographical information as well as in destination photos for its promotional and publicity purposes.
By entering the competition, each entrant who selects to ‘sign up to hear from us and learn more about Tropical North Queensland’ agrees to be contacted for Sales, Marketing and Promotional purposes by Skyrail Rainforest Cableway and to allow Skyrail Rainforest Cableway to share entrant contact information (name and email address) with participating prize companies (Pullman Reef Hotel Casino) for Sales, Marketing and Promotional purposes.
Skyrail Rainforest Cableway’s decision concerning any aspect of this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
