Eligibility: The BBQ with Style Giveaway (sponsored by Classic Timber Furniture) is open to individuals who are legal residents of Australia who at time of entry reside within Australia and are age 18 or older. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD TO SUBMIT AN ENTRY. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Employees of Classic Timber Furniture, and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to win the BBQ with Style Giveaway.
YOU MUST SUBMIT ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION THROUGH THE CONTEST TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN THE PRIZE
This competition is governed by Australian law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
PRIZES:
GRAND PRIZES (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) OFYR Barbecque Approximate Retail Value $2695. The Prize is nontransferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible competition entrants.
RUNNER-UP PRIZES (UNLIMITED): All eligible entrants qualify to be Runner-Up Winners. Runner-Up Winners will receive a special offer(s) from Classic Timber Furniture. The Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made.
Selection and Notification: In order to be eligible, entrants must release all required permissions and proceed through all steps of the BBQ with Style Giveaway entry process. The grand prize winning Entrant will be selected randomly by WebEdge Marketing from all eligible entries.The selection is final. The grand prize winner will be notified by email. The bonus prize winning Entrants will be selected randomly by WebEdge Marketing from all eligible entries. The selections are final. The bonus prize winners will be notified by email. At the sole discretion of Classic Timber Furniture, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: 1 the return of an email notification as undeliverable after one (1) attempt; 2 potential winner’s failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency; 3 potential winner’s failure to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability; 4 failure to follow correct prize redemption procedure as outlined in grand and bonus prize winner notification email; 5 potential winner's failure to respond to communication after a period of 7 days from send date of email notification. Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that they have met all eligibility requirements of the Promotion, including without limitation the execution of required waivers, publicity and liability releases and disclaimers, such individuals will be declared the "winners" of the Promotion.
Prize Redemption: Redemption of grand and bonus prizes will be contingent upon the winner completing all procedures outlined in the prize winner Notification email (see Selection and Notification). Failure to follow correct prize redemption procedure will result in forfeiture of prize.
Consent and Release: By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and release Classic Timber Furniture from any claims and/or liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this competition or use or misuse of the prize. By participating, entrants agree that any dispute related to this competition shall be litigated only in courts in Adelaide, South Australia. By participating in this Contest, Entrants understand and agree (and agree to confirm in writing): to abide to these Official Rules which are final and binding and the decisions of Classic Timber Furniture with respect to all aspects of the Contest, which are final. By entering the promotion, the entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding the promotion from Classic Timber Furniture and other emails that inform the entrant of Classic Timber Furniture’s other publication, products, services and events and to promote third party good and services it may be interested in. The Winners agree to take part in any post-Competition publicity at the request of the Promoter and the Sponsors. By entering the Competition, Entrants agree to unrestricted use of any post-competition publicity for the Promoter’s and the Sponsors’ own purposes in all activities, without limitation, marketing and promotional activities worldwide including use on websites and social media channels. General: Classic Timber Furniture will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged or misdirected entries and accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from an entrant’s participation in the Promotion. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Classic Timber Furniture (including it’s officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following; (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Classic Timber Furniture’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Classic Timber Furniture) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Classic Timber Furniture; (d) any variation in prize value that stated in these conditions of entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) redemption of the prize; and/or (g) participation in the promotion. All entries submitted become the property of Classic Timber Furniture. Entries will not be returned to any entrant. As a condition of entering into this promotion, each entrant agrees to assign all of their rights, title and interest in and to their entry to Classic Timber Furniture. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the promotional database NOT time of transmission by the entrant. Classic Timber Furniture policy is to protect participants’ privacy and personal information that it may collect from time to time. Classic Timber Furniture has undertaken to comply with the requirements of the Privacy Act, 1988 and the National Privacy Principles included in the Privacy Act (Private Sector) Amendment Act 2000. Personal information is collected by Classic Timber Furniture for the primary purpose of joining our database and/or competition purposes. Classic Timber Furniture collects details such as your name, email address, phone number.
