The QR code will appear within POS creative in Woolworths stores; and c) Tell us in 25 words or less “‘What “Simple” steps are you taking to be kinder to the planet?”.7) Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase.8) This is a game of skill. The judging panel will select winners based on the creative and literary merit of their entries. This judging panel will select the winners on or around 07.06.19 at the Promoter’s office at 2 Park St, Sydney, NSW 2000.9) The winners selected by the judging panel will be notified on or around 14.06.19.10) “Participating Woolworths Stores” means any Woolworths supermarket in Australia, Woolworths Metro in Australia and the Woolworths Online store www.woolworths.com.au, in each case excluding Tasmania. 11) Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the number of Simple products in excess of one (1) purchased within the transaction); (b) each entry must be substantially unique; and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.12) If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. DETERMINING THE WINNERS13) This is a game of skill. The judging panel will select winners based on the creative and literary merit of their entries. This judging panel will select the winners on or around 07.06.19 at the Promoter’s office at 2 Park St, Sydney, NSW 2000.14) The winners selected by the judging panel will be notified on or around 14.06.19.15) The winner of the Major Prize will be announced and notified by phone or email on or around [14.06.19]. If any prize is unclaimed by 23:59 AEDT on 30/06/2019, a second chance selection will be held on 01/07/19 (Second Chance Selection) at the same time and place as the first selection in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. Winners will be notified in writing by email within 2 days of the Second Chance Selection.16) The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.17) Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
