(e) If the Promoter is unable to contact eligible Entrants within the time period specified, they will forfeit their Entry which will be replaced by another chosen Entrant. For example, If the Entrant’s phone line drops out, they are inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason (including without limitation any technical or operator error), the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) select another Entrant and so on until someone is awarded the Prize on-air, at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
