By entering the “Win A Luxury Escape With Spicers” competition you agree to following terms and conditions. Entry is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Employees and their immediate families of Spicers Retreats, Hotels & Lodges Pty Ltd are not elligble to enter. This competition commences Monday 3 November 2014 AEST and concludes 10 November 2014 AEST. To enter, entrants must select which prize they would like to win from “6 Nights at 6 Retreats for 2 people” (does not include Spicers Canopy) or “Scenic Rim Trail Walk for 4 People” and why in 25 words or less. There will be 1 winner who will receive the prize of their choice from the two options provided. Total prize value is worth up to AU$7,000. Use of prize subject to availability. The winner is responsible for all other expenses. In participating in this competition, the winner agrees to co-operate as required in editorial activities relating to the competition and agree to grant the promoters a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media and the winners (and companions) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
