1. The “Name Our Car Competition” hereafter referred to as “The Promotion”, administered by MHM Australasia Pty Ltd T/A The Australasian College Broadway, is open to Australian citizens aged 18 years and over.
2. The Promotion is free to enter, and entry into, and participation in, the promotion itself will not incur any costs whatsoever upon any participant at any time. External charges such as 3G mobile data usage may to apply to users entering the promotion from mobile devices.
3. The Promotion will run from 12:01am (AEST) on 1 December 2012 until 11:59pm (AEST) on 24 January 2013 (“The Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the promotion period will not be valid. Entries must be in written form. Entries in any other format will not be valid. If two entries with the same name are submitted by separate entrants and the name is shortlisted as a finalist, whichever entry was made first shall be valid, to the exclusion of all others.
4. Valid entries must be submitted during the submission period from 12.01am (AEST) on 1 December 2012 until 11.59pm (AEST) on 8 January 2012.
5. Public voting on the entries will be conducted from 12.01am (AEST) on 9 January 2013 until 11.59pm (AEST) on 22 January 2013.
6. Valid entries will be judged by The Australasian College judging panel comprising two students and two staff members from 12.01am (AEST) on 23 January 2013 until 11.59pm (AEST) on 23 January 2013.
7. The winning entry will be announced at 12:00pm (AEST) on 24 January 2013. The winner will be personally notified, and publicly announced through a public press release as well as through The Australasian College’s digital assets on social media platforms.
8. The prize will be presented to the winner as soon as practicable, at a mutually convenient time.
9. The prize is in voucher format and valid for a period 12 months (1 year) from 27 November 2012.

11. The total value of the winner’s prize is approximately $1,000 (one thousand) AUD. Each of the four runners up will receive a gift voucher for a pamper session at the College. The prize does not include transportation to and from The College before and after the pamper package and chauffeured picnic.
12. The Promotion is not open to the following persons and entities, and any entries submitted by the following persons and entities will not be invalid:
a. Business directors of MHM Australasia Pty Ltd T/A The Australasian College Broadway, or any subsidiary, brand or entity, directly or indirectly affiliated, owned or administered by MHM Australasia Pty Ltd;
b. Management and employees of MHM Australasia Pty Ltd T/A The Australasian College Broadway, or any subsidiary, brand or entity, directly or indirectly affiliated, owned or administered by MHM Australasia Pty Ltd;
c. Immediate family and personal friends or acquaintances of directors, management or employees of MHM Australasia Pty Ltd T/A The Australasian College Broadway, or any subsidiary, brand or entity, directly or indirectly affiliated, owned or administered by MHM Australasia Pty Ltd; and
d. Employees of retailers, suppliers, associated companies and agencies with which MHM Australasia Pty Ltd T/A The Australasian College Broadway, or any subsidiary, brand or entity, directly or indirectly affiliated, owned or administered by MHM Australasia Pty Ltd, have commercial arrangements.
