To enter the competition, eligible entrants must answer the question “In 50 words or less what does the seniors card mean to you?” by filling in the online form on our SSL secured Surveymonkey Seniors Card Survey or by emailing competitions@seniorscard.nsw.gov.au along with their Seniors Card member number and contact details. Only one entry per eligible entrant permitted. Entries that meet the above requirements will be eligible entries (each an “Eligible Entry”)
