WHO CAN ENTER?
An Entrant is eligible to win the Prize if they: a) are a permanent resident of Australia; and b) are a Foxtel, Foxtel Play, Optus TV featuring Foxtel, or Foxtel from Telstra subscriber, or live in a household with a Foxtel, Foxtel Play, Optus TV featuring Foxtel, or Foxtel from Telstra subscription and have the subscriber’s permission to enter the Promotion, and the subscription account is not in arrears from the Commencement Date until the Unclaimed Prize Draw Date; and c) are over the age of 18 and are not: d) employees of: i. the Promoter, Optus, or Telstra; ii. the Supplier; iii. any corporations or agencies related to the entities in paragraphs (i) and (ii) above; or iv. any of the Relevant Parties; or e) a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by marriage or adoption) of a person who is an employee of any of the entities listed in paragraph (d) above. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Promotion, an Entrant must, during the Promotion Period: a) go to the Website; and b) click on the Promotion link; and c) complete all of the required data fields on the entry form. PRIZE: The Prize is valued at a maximum of $25,000.00 and consists of: a) One (1) ten (10) day South African Safari trip (the “Trip”) for the Winner and one (1) guest, valued at a maximum of $20,000.00, including: i. Nine (9) nights’ twin-share accommodation for the Winner and one (1) guest, which consists of: 1. two (2) nights at the Da Vinci Hotel Johannesburg; and 2. two (2) nights at the Londolozi Private Game Reserve, including all meals; and 3. four (4) nights at The Portswood Hotel Cape Town; and 4. one (1) night aboard The Blue Train, including all meals; and ii. All hotel and return airport transfers; and iii. Tour guide services for a one (1) day tour of Johannesburg and one (1) day tour of Cape Point; and iv. Two (2) sunset game drives and one (1) early morning game drive at the Londolozi Private Game Reserve; and v. Tour guide and return ferry services for one (1) day tour of Robben Island; and vi. One (1) day trip exploring the Cape Winelands of South Africa, including all transfers, wine tasting and cellar door visits; and vii. One (1) day and overnight trip aboard the luxury Blue Train including all meals; and b) Return economy airfares (the “Airfares”) for the Winner and one (1) guest from the city in Australia nearest to the Winner’s place of residence and included in this list: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Cairns, Adelaide or Perth, to Johannesburg International Airport (the “Airport”) via Hong Kong International Airport, valued at a maximum of $5,000.00.
