Win a Mandurah 'Crab Fest' experience! (WA Residents ONLY) - COMPETITION: WIN ONE OF TWO CHANNEL 7 MANDURAH CRAB FEST EXPERIENCES ON SATURDAY 18 AND
SUNDAY 19 MARCH, 2017.
1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes the entrants’
acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, FACEBOOK. You understand that
you are providing your information to the administrators of this page and not to FACEBOOK. The information you provide will
be used in accordance with the terms and conditions.
3. Entry is only open to Western Australian residents 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of
Experience Perth and the promoters are not eligible to enter.
4. The promotion commences at 3.00 PM WST on Monday 6th February 2017 and closes at 3.00 PM WST on Thursday 9
March 2017.
5. To enter, participants must complete the requested details through the competition app on the official Experience Perth
Facebook page or entry form on experienceperth.com, answer the question correct and submit to go in the running.
6. Entries are limited to one entry per person. Any double entries will be removed from the prize draw.
7. The promoter reserves the right to remove and exclude any entry from the competition at any time. Any use of robotic,
mechanical, automatic, programmed or like methods of participation will void each entry made in this way.
8. There will be two [2] winners chosen at random from the correct entries. Judging will take place at 3.00 PM WST on Thursday
9 March 2017 at Experience Perth, Ground Level, 33 Colin Street, West Perth WA 6005.
9. All judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including entrants’ identity, age and place of
residence) and to disqualify any entrants for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry not in
accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
11. The winners will be contacted on Thursday 9 March 2017 via email and will be required to respond to this email in order to
claim the prize. If the prize is unclaimed 48 hours after the first correspondence the prize will be forfeited and a new winner
will be chosen.
12. A post will be made on the Experience Perth Facebook page with the winners’ first name and last initial only from
Thursday 9 March 2017.
13. There are two [2] prizes to be won
- Prize One: Two [2] tickets to Crab Boil on Saturday 18 March, 2017. Valued at $160.00.
- Prize Two: Two [2] tickets to High Tea Under the Fig Tree on Sunday 19 March, 2017. Valued at $140.00.
14. Total prize or any part thereof, is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
15. Tickets are redeemable for entry to the events on the dates advised only.
16. Any personal information collected on the entry form will be used by Experience Perth only if the relevant subscription box is
selected. Entrants have the option to unsubscribe from any electronic information.
17. The winning entries will need to coordinate their own travel, incidental expenses, and booking of tours outside of prize
inclusions.
18. Experience Perth, plus any participating businesses will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or personal
injury suffered or sustained, in connection with the promotion, the use of the prize or any act or omission of the promoter, the
judges or their respective agents, employees or contractors.
