Margaret River Masterclass Terms & Conditions
1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Your Margaret River Region Masterclass prize
package promotion (the “Competition”).
2. You (the “Entrant”) will be governed by these Terms and Conditions.
3. The provider of the prize package is Margaret River Busselton Tourism Association
(MRBTA) (the “Promoter”) (ABN 62 934 317 700).
4. Entry to the Competition is via the Your Margaret River Region website. You must be an
individual and not a company or organisation.
5. You must be age 18 years old to submit a valid Entry.
6. Employees of the Promoter, any person associated with the Competition, and any
organisation or individual associated with the provision of the prize(s), are not eligible to
enter.
7. Each Entry must be entered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By entering the
Competition, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may in
their discretion refuse to award any prize to any Entrant who fails to comply with these Terms
and Conditions. All relevant instructions on the Promoter’s website form part of these Terms
and Conditions.
8. Entrants shall not be required to pay any money apart from payment for the Product, and any
increase in the cost of the Product shall not be attributable to the cost of conducting the
Competition.
9. The Competition closes on Friday 24 November 2017 at 5pm, and we will announce the
winner of each prize on the following day (“Competition Period”). Any entry received after
the expiry of the Competition Period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for
late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
Prize Package Details
10. The Prize Package offers the Winner plus one guest:

11. The Prize Package is valid to 24 November 2018.
12. The Prize Package is not valid during Western Australian school holidays, long weekends and
major event weekends.
13. The Prize Package may not be exchanged, returned or replaced with a financial equivalent.
14. The Prize Package does not include spending money, taxes, insurance, items of a personal
nature, in-room charges or any further meals, transport, or any other ancillary costs.
15. All components of the Prize Package must be taken together and will be subject to each
suppliers’ standard booking conditions.
16. If any part of the Prize Package is unavailable, MRBTA, at its discretion, reserves the right to
cancel that part of the Prize Package or substitute with a prize of equal value and/or
specification, subject to any law or written directions from a regulatory authority.
17. MRBTA and its Prize Partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is
suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury
suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be
excluded by law.
18. The Winner may be required to present his/her credit card at the time of accommodation
check-in.
Competition Methodology
19. To enter the competition, Entrants must answer a series of questions correctly via the
competition website landing page.
20. The Competition will be promoted to potential Entrants via the Your Margaret River Region
promotional channels.
21. The Prize Package Winner will be notified by MRBTA, who will coordinate the claiming of
the Prize.
Other matters arising
22. It is the sole responsibility of the Winner to drive in accordance with Western Australia road
laws. The organiser takes no responsibility for any fines, penalties or expenditures related to
the use of the prize vehicle during the Winner’s trip.
23. In the case of technical or other issues arising; Including but not limited to telephone calls,
use of the internet and postage, Where information, correspondence and prizes don’t reach the
Entrants or employees at MRBTA, MRBTA is not responsible and may also disqualify any
entrant under these circumstances, and may present the prizes to any other person. Such
proceedings are at the absolute discretion of MRBTA.
24. Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. The Promoter’s decision
will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to
limit entry of amend rules if considered necessary without notice. There is no cash alternative
to the prize.
