The promoter is: Masport Limited New Zealand whose registered office is at 1-37 Mt Wellington Highway, Mt Wellington, Auckland, New Zealand; 0800 466 774 (NZ) / 1300 366 225 (AU).
Employees of Masport Limited or their family members or anyone else (affiliated dealerships, participating outlets, companies and agencies) connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
The promotion commences at 7:00am on Friday 2nd September 2016 (NZST). Closing date for entries will be at 11:59pm on Sunday 11th September 2016 (NZST). After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and the prize for the winner are as follows:
Entry is open to New Zealand and Australian residents aged 18 and over, residing in New Zealand or Australia only.
Only one entry per person via form submission is allowed.
Entrants must complete all the required fields on the entry form.
Entrants must first choose their favourite colour.

Entrants must then tell us what colour they think Masport should consider launching next season and reasoning why?

At the conclusion of the competition, Masport will consider your suggested colour in combination with reasoning why, to select a winner.
Two draws will take place - one for New Zealand and one for Australia.
One prize per country (New Zealand and Australia) is up for grabs. Two barbecues - 1 x Australia, 1 x New Zealand makes up the total prize pool. The winner in each country will choose one barbecue from the following three choices: Masport Maestro Flash Green (552953) - RRP $799, or Masport Maestro Kool Blue (552894) - RRP $799, or Masport Maestro Sunset Orange (552895) - RRP $799.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, natural disaster or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
Entries will be drawn at the Masport New Zealand Head Office on Monday 12th September 2016 (NZST) and the winner’s name, location, and entry response may be published on the Masport Limited Facebook page.
The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date, using the contact details provided on their entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Once notified the promoter will endeavor to arrange for the winner to be sent the prize as soon as possible, usually within four weeks.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by New Zealand law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current New Zealand data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
