WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry into this Competition is open to residents of Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and England who submit a valid entry in accordance with these Conditions.  Employees and contractors of the Promoter and Just Group Ltd and its related companies are not eligible to enter this Competition.  Entrants under 18 years of age are advised to obtain consent from their parent or guardian before entering this Competition.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
This Competition commences at 4:00pm on 5/1/15 and closes at 3.30pm on 12/2/15 (Entry Period).  All times stated in these Conditions refer to Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time unless otherwise stated.
HOW TO ENTER:
Entrants must visit puzzlepassport.smiggle.com.au and answer a series of challenges (each comprising three puzzles or questions) that will be released approximately each week during the Entry Period to receive a stamp on their online passport.  The release date and deadline for answering each week’s challenges is as follows:
·       Week 1: release date 4.00pm, 5/1/15; answers submitted by 3.30pm, 9/1/15;
·       Week 2: release date 4.00pm, 9/1/15; answers submitted by 3.30pm, 16/1/15;
·       Week 3: release date 4.00pm, 16/1/15; answers submitted by 3.30pm, 23/1/15;
·       Week 4: release date 4.00pm, 23/1/15; answers submitted by 3.30pm, 30/1/15;
·       Week 5: release date 4.00pm, 30/1/15; answers submitted by 3.30pm, 6/2/15; and
·       Week 6: release date 4.00pm, 6/2/15; answers submitted by 3.30pm, 12/2/15.
Three stamps must be collected in each week of the Competition (being 18 stamps in total).  Once all 18 stamps have been collected in their online passport, entrants will be entitled to enter the prize draw.  The prize winner will be selected in accordance with clause 5.  Entrants are advised to use the same computer throughout this Competition and to leave the cookies function turned on, as cookies will be used to record entrants’ answers and online passports.
PRIZE:
There will be one prize winner. The prize is a ’30 second product grab’ to take place in a smiggle store.  To redeem the prize, the winner will be invited to attend a smiggle store and collect (using their hands and arms only) as many smiggle products as they can carry in a continuous 30 second period.  Trolleys, bags, baskets and the like and any form of outside or third party assistance is not permitted when participating in the 30 second product grab.  The date, time and location for redeeming the prize will be agreed between the Promoter and the prize winner, but in any event, must be taken before or after store trading hours and by 30/3/15.  If a winner is unable to attend a store for any reason, a smiggle gift card valued at AUD300, NZD300, SGD300 or GBP150 (depending on the usual place of residence of the winner) will be awarded to the winner in substitution of the prize.  
The prize must be taken as offered, is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.  Any operating, repair, travel or ancillary costs associated with the prize or its redemption is the sole responsibility of the winner.
