WHO CAN ENTER:
Entry is open to all Qantas Frequent Flyer members who are Australian residents, aged 18 years or older (Eligible Entrants), excluding directors, management, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter or Mike Da Silva and Associates (AUST) Pty Ltd ABN 50 003 894 022 (MDSA), employees of James Halliday Wine Companion, employees of Hardie Grant (ABN 17 080 486 755) and each of their related bodies corporate and registered travel companions of employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, during the Promotion Period, Eligible Entrants must purchase a James Halliday Mixed White Dozen, James Halliday Mixed Red Dozen or a James Halliday Mixed White and Red Dozen through qantasepiqure.com.au. Each purchase of a James Halliday Mixed White Dozen, James Halliday Mixed Red Dozen or James Halliday Mixed White and Red Dozen will give Eligible Entrants one entry into the draw.
PRIZE:
There will be one prize (the Prize). The maximum total prize pool is AU$3,307.99 based on the recommended retail value at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.
The Prize consists of an intimate Masterclass and tour of Coldstream Hills, lunch at Oakridge Winery with wine matching hosted by James Halliday on Saturday 8 November 2014 for the winner and their guest (guest must be 18 years of age or older).
The Prize is for the winner and their guest and consists of the following:
a) Two return Economy flights to and from the winner’s nearest Australian Capital City airport on services operated by Qantas Airways Limited only, to Melbourne (Tullamarine), Victoria departing on Friday 7 November 2014 and returning on Saturday 8 November 2014.
b) Return transfers from Melbourne (Tullamarine) airport to The Olsen Hotel, South Yarra and return transfers from The Olsen Hotel, South Yarra to Coldstream Hills and Oakridge Winery. The prize winner and their guest are responsible for using the provided transfers at the specified times. Qantas epiQure is not responsible for arranging additional transfers or travel insurance.
c) The Prize winner and their guest will receive one night’s accommodation in Melbourne at The Olsen Hotel in South Yarra, including breakfast. The room will be a Studio Suite for two people. Accommodation is not upgradable. Qantas epiQure is not responsible for additional accommodation costs including hotel damages caused by the prize winner or companion, room service and incidentals.
d) The Prize winner will also receive one bottle of Xanadu Stevens Road Cabernet Sauvignon 2011 signed by James Halliday.
The Prize includes GST and taxes included in the price of the ticket. Unless otherwise stated, the prize does not include travel insurance, passports, visas, meals or taxes not included in the price of the ticket, ground transportation or any other costs of a personal nature. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and their guest. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. Prize travel is subject to Qantas’ general Conditions of Carriage.
Prize travel and accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. The winner and their guest must travel together on all prize travel and will not accrue Qantas Points on any element of the prize. An upgrade cannot be purchased on airfares with cash of Qantas Points.
Prize travel must be booked by 24 October 2014. Prize travel and accommodation must be completed by 8 November 2014. There can be no changes to travel arrangements once tickets have been issued or accommodation bookings once the reservation is confirmed.
Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner accepts the conditions of use of that prize.
