request a quote on a new general insurance product issued by CGU from any of the Promoters listed above between 9:00am Monday, 20 October 2014 and 4:30pm Sunday 14 December 2014 (this includes Home Insurance, Motor Insurance, Landlords Insurance, Travel Insurance, Boat Insurance and Caravan Insurance only, and does not include Consumer Credit Insurance, Life Insurance, Loan Protection Insurance or Commercial Insurance products);
provide your first name, last name, telephone, postcode and current and valid email address (and any other information requested by the Promoter); and
agree to the Terms and Conditions of this competition.
