By entering into the draw to win the Prize, you (Entrant) acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions as amended from time to time.

Entrants must be:
at least 18 years of age;
residents of New South Wales;
hold a current Driver’s License; and
be present at the Prize Draw Location at the Prize Draw Time
Entrants must not be employees, or immediate family members, of:
Macquarie Media Operations and its related bodies corporate; or
West End Mazda

Entry Procedure:
To be entered into Promotion, Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
Complete the electronic entry form via iPad on location at West End Mazda North Parramatta, 590 Church Street, North Parramatta, NSW 2151, during the Promotion Period.
Entrants will be required to provide their full name, address, drivers licence number and any other identifying information.
The Winner of the Prize will be drawn using the following process:
All entries received via iPad at the Prize Draw Location during the Promotion Period will be printed onto paper and put into a barrel;
One entry will be chosen from the barrel at random by the Promoter, or a nominated person by the Promoter, and will be announced live on air during the Ben Fordham – Sydney Live program between 17:00 (AEDT) and 18:00 (AEDT) on Friday, November 25, 2016, as 2GB 873 radio broadcasts live from West End Mazda North Parramatta, 590 Church Street, North Parramatta, NSW 2151.
From the time that the name on the drawn Entry is announced live on air, there will be a four (4) minute waiting period for the named Entrant to present themselves in person to the Promoter at the Prize Draw Location to claim the Prize.
If the named Entrant does not claim the prize within the four (4) minute period, they are ineligible to win the Prize and their Entry will be discarded.
The promoter will execute a redraw of another Entry from the barrel, using the same process described above of waiting four (4) minutes for the next named Entrant to present themselves, until a winner is found.
Entrants must be present at West End Mazda North Parramatta, 590 Church Street, North Parramatta NSW 2151, at the time of the draw to claim the prize (Entrants cannot nominate a proxy to attend on their behalf).

The total prize value is $30,962.00 and includes: on-road costs, stamp duty, registration and green slip.
Prize Restrictions:
Prize Collection: The Winner can elect to collect the Prize in one of the following ways:
Drive away with the Prize from West End Mazda North Parramatta, 590 Church Street, North Parramatta, NSW 2151, after the winner announcement ; or
Collect the Prize at a later date as organised with West End Mazda North Parramatta.
The Winner may, in his or her absolute discretion, elect to receive the Cash Back Value as the Prize instead of the Mazda CX-5 Maxx 6M Petrol FWD.
The Cash Back Value is $22,000.00 and the Winner acknowledges that if he or she elects the Cash Back Value, he or she will not be entitled to the difference in value between the Cash Back Value and the Mazda CX5. Payment of the Cash Back Value will be by cheque from the Prize Provider within three (3) weeks of the Notification of Winner.
