To enter, Eligible Entrants must:
Visit the Medibank Facebook page (www.facebook.com/Medibank), "like" the Medibank Facebook page, and validly complete an entry form with details of your health and wellness goal and what inspired you to reach your goal during the Entry Period. Entrants are only permitted to lodge a maximum of one entry.
Entrants can gain "supporters" by sharing their entry on Facebook and Twitter, allowing their Facebook friends to "support" them by clicking the "Show support" button and adding an optional comment on their entry page ("Supporter"). Eligible Entrants will receive one "Supporter" for every unique person that clicks the "Show support" button on the entry page.
The Major Prize Winner will receive each of:
One EFTPOS gift card valued at $1,000 AUD, one yearly membership at Jetts Fittness (including joining fee and access pass) valued at $637, one Rebel Sport voucher valued at $500 AUD, one Flight Centre voucher valued at $1,000 AUD and one Dymocks Books voucher valued at $200 AUD (together, the "Major Prize").
