WHO CAN ENTER?

The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are:
(a)   residents of Victoria or Tasmania;
(b)   who are not employees of the Promoter or its related bodies corporate or advertising agencies, or the immediate family of such employees.  “Immediate family” means spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household as the employee; and
(c)   if under 18 years of age have obtained their parent or guardian’s consent to enter and whose parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The competition commences at 0.01 AEST on Thursday 17th September, 2015 and closes at 23.59 AEST on Wednesday 14th October
HOW TO ENTER:
VMC members purchase a ticket online to The Martian at www.villagecinemas.com.au during the competition duration and you will be automatically entered into the draw. Customers who purchase tickets on their mobile phones at m.villagecinemas.com.au will also automatically be entered during the competition duration.  You receive one entry in the draw for each transaction. There is no limit to the number of times you can enter the draw.  Any cost associated with accessing the competition website is the responsibility of the purchaser and is dependent upon the internet service provider used.

The first eligible entry drawn will win the Major Prize, valued at $2,000:

The major prize must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable or transferable.  If the winner of a prize is under 18, the prize will be awarded to that person’s parent or guardian.  In the event that a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier at the time of printing.  No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. Any incidental costs relating to the prize are the responsibility of the prize winners.
