Who can enter the "Meet Dylan on her upcoming The Rebel Child Tour" promotion?The promotion is open to Australian and New Zealand residents who have purchased one or more tickets to any of Dylan's Australia or New Zealand shows before the end of the Promotion Period. Entrants must abide by the age restriction of their selected show. Entrants attending shows in Brisbane and Melbourne must be 18+, while Sydney and Auckland shows may allow all ages, with specific guidelines for minors attending.
When does the promotion close?The promotion starts at 12:01 am (AEDT)/2:01 am (NZDT) on Thursday, March 14, 2024, and ends at 12:01 am (AEDT)/2:01 am (NZDT) on Monday, March 18, 2024.
How can one enter the promotion?Entrants must enter the promotion through the online form provided during the Promotion Period. To make a valid submission, entrants must press the "Enter competition" button or link provided on the Promotion Email or Promotion Site using a desktop computer, smartphone, or tablet. Then, they need to complete an Entry Form with their full name, email address, phone number, the show they're attending, and a description of when they would need to call on their Alibi. Once completed, they must submit the entry.
What are the prizes and their details?There are two prizes to be won, each consisting of one Meet & Greet with Dylan for the winner and their ticket-holding guest at the winner's chosen show date. The guest accompanying the winner must also hold a valid ticket for the show. Each prize is valued at a Money Can’t Buy Experience. The total prize pool value is determined by the Money Can’t Buy Experience.
When will the winners be notified and how can they claim the prize?Winners will be notified via email by 11:00 am (AEDT)/1:00 pm (NZDT) on Monday, March 18, 2024. Prizes must be claimed by 4:00 pm (AEDT)/6:00 pm (NZDT) on the same day. Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize by replying to the notification email or emailing competitions@frontiertouring.com. They must also provide proof of their ticket purchase to claim the prize.
How will the prize be delivered?Details regarding the Meet & Greet with Dylan will be provided to the winners closer to their chosen show date. If winners have not received an email regarding the Meet & Greet details by the show date, they should email competitions@frontiertouring.com.
