WHO CAN ENTER?

Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Entries are restricted to residents of Victoria.
Entrants must hold a full Australian drivers licence, valid in Victoria.
Entrants must be the rightful owner of the vehicle that they are willing to swap, and it must be registered in their name.
The winner must be lawfully able to provide all information and sign all documentation necessary to enable the Promoter to register the vehicle in the name of the winner prior to collection.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, entrants must, during the Registration Period:
1. visit the Website and register their details by fully completing the registration form (which may include providing to the Promoter personal and/or sensitive information), by providing their full name, date of birth, address, email address, phone number, current car registration number and the state/territory it is registered, their full Australian driver’s license number and the state/territory it is issued from, and any other details requested by the Promoter.
2. entrants must also perform the following acts to satisfy the Promoter (which may include providing their personal and/or sensitive information), including:
a) Nominate a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of two (2) people ("Nominated Persons") that are associated with the Entrant and provide their contact details (for example the contact details of a friend, colleague, partner, family member etc), and ensure that the Nominated Persons agree to be contacted by the Promoter in relation to this Promotion,
b) Provide reasonable details about the Entrant's daily schedule, as requested;
c) Provide a description of their current car (registration, make, model, colour, etc), as requested; and d) Provide a response in fifty (50) words or less to the nominated question on the registration form
e) Poster download - After they have entered the Promotion in accordance with this Entry Procedure, Entrants must download the “Fifi & Dave’s Car Swap” poster ("Poster") from the Website and place the poster in their car window so that it is visible, ensuring that they are in no way obstructing the view or safety of passengers or of a driver. The Poster should be visible from outside of the car – this may be verified over the phone by the Promoter during the shortlisting process.
Providing required items a) to e) above (and inclusive) are mandatory in order to submit a valid entry into the Promotion.
f) To assist with their entry, Entrants may also upload a photo within the date/time specified - Entrants will also have the opportunity to upload a photograph of them and their car to the Website. All Entrants hereby acknowledge that, if any other persons are visible within the uploaded photograph submitted as part of their entry, they have received the express prior permission from such persons to include their image as part of their entry for this Promotion.
Providing item f) is NOT mandatory in order to submit a valid entry the Promotion. (“Entry”)
Some Entrants may be short listed as Finalists in the Promotion. They, together with their Nominated Person(s), may be asked by the Promoter to sign the following for the purposes of the Promoter running the Promotion:
- An indemnity form;
- A confidentiality agreement;
- A performance release; and
- Any other document as requested by the Promoter.
If the Promoter contacts any Entrant, this does not mean that they are a winner in the Promotion; only that they are short listed. From amongst the Finalists, there will be one (1) Entrant judged as the Winner (in the Promoter's absolute discretion) and they will be eligible to win a Prize as outlined in Prize Details.
