3 TVSN reserves the right to withhold a prize from a winner if the prize winner's TVSN account is in arrears. It is at the Promoter's discretion whether they award the prize after a portion of the outstanding debt is paid or the entire balance. If the prize is withheld due to an account in arrears and the prize winner does not pay their outstanding debt within 3 months of being drawn as a prize winner, the prize winner forfeits their prize and TVSN will draw another winner as part of an unclaimed prize draw.

4 Competition opens 9:00am (AEST) April 16, 2014 and closes 9:00am (AEST) April 17, 2014. The winner will be drawn and announced on April 17, 2014 on the TVSN Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/TVSNLIVE).
5 Customers must ‘like’ TVSN on Facebook, and vote for their favourite outfit through the Fashion Day Outfit Comp App. They must enter their first name, surname and email address.
6 If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification - subject to the relevant state authority approval.
7 Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time.
8 "Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the Prize to cancel the competition or to vary or cancel the award of the Prize including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter's opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion): (a) a Prize winner does not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; or (b) the Promoter cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prize for any reason beyond its control. Subject to relevant state authority approval, in the event that the Promoter cancels the Competition or varies or withdraws the Prize it shall not:
(a) be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and (b) be required to conduct the Competition at any other time."
9 With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the Prize.
10 The winner will be notified by email on April 17, 2014 and announced on the TVSN Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/TVSNLIVE).
11 There is one prize only, consisting of a Milena By Michael Rome Handbag (TVSN Price AUS $199)
12 Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prize must be taken in its complete entirety or it will be forfeited. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian who will be required to confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions prior to claiming any prize.
13 Total prize pool value is AUS $199 e prize value is correct at the time of printing. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the Prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
