The Competition commences at 10:00am on 08/09/14 (AEST) and closes at 11.59pm (AEDT) on 21/12/2014 (“Competition Period”).
WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry to the Competition is open to permanent residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older only (“Eligible Entrant”) who meet the Entry Requirements set out in clause 6 of these Terms & Conditions. Employees of The Promoter and Qantas Airways Limited ABN 16 009 661 901 (“Qantas”) and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
The Competition is open to Eligible Entrants who:
During the Promotion Period, submit their details on one of the entry pages for the Competition located at www.enquirye.lkproperty.com.au/WIN1MQPwin1mqp or by following links on the Promoter’s website or social media pages (“Entry Pages”); or
by completing an entry form available from LK Property Group showrooms and submitting it to the showroom staff;
are members of the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program, or become a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. Membership is subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program terms and conditions available at (http://www.qantas.com.au/fflyer/dyn/partners/lk-property)
(the “Entry Requirements”).
HOW TO ENTER:
Eligible Entrants who meet the Entry Requirements will receive one (1) entry to the Win 1,000,000 Qantas Points Competition for each of the following activities:
at any time during the Promotion Period, the Eligible Entrants submit their details through the Entry Page or complete an entry form provided by The Promoter, its advertising agencies or marketing affiliates;
the Eligible Entrant participates in one of the Promoter’s Social Media challenges or affiliate offerings, and is selected by the Promoter to receive additional entry/s into the draw; and
the Eligible Entrant successfully refers a friend to the promotion during the Promotion Period by using the “Refer-a-Friend” facility available on the Entry Pages.
Entries into the Promotion are automatically generated. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into the draw. Eligible Entrants, in accordance with the requirements under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), in order to receive an additional entry under paragraph (c), Eligible Entrants must ensure that they obtain the consent of the friend they are referring to receive the “Refer-a-Friend” email.
PRIZE:
Subject to the Entry Requirements, the first eligible entry drawn will receive 1 Million Qantas Points (“Prize”). There will be one (1) Prize winner only and the Prize is not redeemable for cash. Qantas Points may take up to xx 4 weeks to be credited to the winner’s account from the draw date (or redraw date, as applicable).
The maximum total prize pool is AU $6,986.05 (incl GST) based on a sample of the Qantas Frequent Flyer reward options (Awards) that could be obtained by redeeming the Prize through the Qantas Frequent Flyer program (as more fully defined in the terms and conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program available at qantas.com/terms) as at 20 August 2014. For example, 3,800 Qantas Points could be redeemed for a David Jones Store Gift Card with a value of AU$25 and 1,000,000 Qantas Points could be redeemed for David Jones Store Gift Cards to the value of AU$6896.55.
