Who can enter the Milly and Coup Win Your Own Canopy Competition?

What is the prize?
The prize includes a Milly + Coup Milo2 Stroller valued up to $1099 and a Customised Milly + Coup Canopy + Seat Liner. The total worth of the prize is not specified.
How will the winner be selected?
The winner will be selected at random on Monday June 5th, 2023, and notified via email. The winner must claim the prize within 15 days, or a new winner will be selected. From receipt of artwork, the Canopy + Seat Liner will take approx. 6 weeks for production and delivery.
Are there any restrictions on the prize?
The prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability, and Babybee Prams reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Is there a privacy policy?
Yes, any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to an external party without the entrant's prior consent. By entering the competition, participants agree that Babybee Prams will use their name and email address for marketing purposes.
Are there any limitations of liability?
By entering the competition, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless Babybee Prams, the Facebook platform, administrator, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability, damages, losses, or injury resulting from their participation in the competition and the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize that may be won. Babybee Prams disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from entering the competition.
