The promotion is open to legal residents of the Commonwealth of Australia who are aged 18 years or older. Employees of Minelab Electronics Pty Ltd, their families, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

The competition closes on August 25, 2024, at 11:59 PM ACDT.

Participants must visit the Minelab website at [https://www.minelab.com/fathers-day-competition](https://www.minelab.com/fathers-day-competition) and complete the entry form by providing their full name, email address, residential address, birth year, and an optional phone number. They must also upload one or more photos of a family metal detecting outing with any Minelab metal detector, including the type and serial number of the detector, and write up to 100 words on what metal detecting with Minelab means to their family.

There are ten (10) major prizes, each valued at AUD $51.50.
