TERMS AND CONDITIONS Terms and Conditions Prizes: Two (2) return economy airfares from any Australian capital city to Hobart (approx $1000); shared accommodation for two (2) accommodation at The Henry Jones Art Hotel in a Deluxe Spa Habour View Room, including breakfast on August 5 + 6 ($710); two (2) museum entry tickets ($56), return MR-1 Fast Ferry Posh Pit transfers on Monday 6 August ($110) and a 3 course lunch for two at the Source Restaurant with a bottle of Moorilla wine on Monday 6 August ($250). A booking will be made in the winner’s name and a gift certificate supplied to the winner to be used as payment for the meal. There will be only one winner selected. Terms and Conditions This promotion is being conducted by Moorilla Estate Pty Ltd trading as Mona, Museum of Old and New Art. ABN: 34 120 281 656. The total prize value is approximately $2,076 (flight origin dependent) and includes accommodation, dinner, tickets, flights and accommodation only. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded for cash. Entrants must submit their email address at the end of the entry to enter. Each entrant may only enter once. Mona will send the link to the to the entry page via Qantas on 14 June 2018 The promotion commences on 14 June 2018 and continues until midnight on 28 June 2018. The winner will be selected at 10am on Monday 2 July 2018. The winning entry will be determined by a Mona representative at 91-93 Macquarie St, Hobart, Tasmania, 7000. All decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into This competition is strictly a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry received during the promotion period will be judged based on the creativity of the response. The winner will be notified by email and phone on Tuesday 3 July 2018 and asked to contact a Mona staff member to claim the prize. Winners will have their names announced www.mona.net.au from 5 July 2018 for a period of 28 days If the prize is not claimed within two days the prize will be redrawn. Mona reserves the right to draw a new winner if an entry is invalid or an ineligible entrant is drawn. Bookings for accommodation and dining will be made in the winning entrant’s name. Accommodation bookings are for accommodation only and does not cover any costs of mini bar items. Accommodation will be booked for the nights of August 5 + 6 and includes breakfast each day. Flights to Hobart will be booked for the 5th of August and leaving Hobart on the 7th of August. The winner and their travelling companion must be available to travel to Hobart between Sunday 5 August and Tuesday 7 August. Lunch booking is valued at $100pp and will be booked for noon on Monday 6 August. Ferry tickets will be booked for Monday 6 August, with winners able to adjust their scheduled transfers through Mona ticket support if required. Entrants must be 18 years or older. ID may be requested to confirm proof of age, residence and identity of the winner. Proof of identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Mona. In the event that the winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Employees of Mona and Qantas, their family members or anyone else connected with the competition are not permitted to enter the competition. Mona is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
